Our family summer vacation was great at this hotel. the hotel's beachfront and pool facilities are wonderful. wadi wadi water park is very close by with free entry for hotel guests. the staff was friendly. I was greeted warmly by mr mehesh, the lobby security manager.
the hotel could use some updating, in my opinion. i found it difficult to get around with a young baby, and the beach and breakfast were far from the room. the bathrooms in the arabian beautiful room felt dated and the toilet was small.

i stayed in the ocean view beautiful the room was clean i found fresh towels daily. the hotel offers complimentary boat rides these connect you to other jumeirah properties. breakfast at hanaya had many options i especially enjoyed the fresh juice selection.
the valet service seemed to expect tips i found this a bit much. i tried to book restaurants but many were fully booked. the gym was quite small i noted only a few machines available.

the service was flawless. every staff member i met was friendly, professional, and always had a smile on their face. everything was super clean, beautifully maintained, and cute.
i didn't get enough time to enjoy it all. i needed more days to explore all the wonderful things this location offers.
